What is G20?
G20 is the only global governance forum that brings together governments from the major developed and emerging markets to resolve critical trade and economic issues. Outcomes are informed through a combination of focused taskforces and dialogue within major international institutions and national governments where priorities are implemented. Timing is key — being effective in influencing G20 requires consistent, aligned, focused advocacy at national and international level, starting with shaping priorities in the year prior to the G20 cycle.
