Building on the ICC’s recent successful seminar on first-time arbitration advocates, this practical and interactive workshop looks at how to obtain and deal with your first arbitral appointments, from the perspective of both experienced and fledgling arbitrators.

(iii) non-participating parties and default awards – a common theme for those first few appointments;
