ICC YAF is organizing a panel to discuss different perspectives of transparency and confidentiality in international arbitration. The panel discussion will gather arbitration practitioners from France, Switzerland, the Netherlands and the UK and share their views on the friction between confidentiality and the recent push for transparency in international arbitration.

The event is aimed at lawyers specialising in dispute resolution, in-house counsel with a litigation background and experts involved in arbitration.
